A dream of becoming an entrepreneur, has finally come true with all the hard work and efforts, for our CEO and founder, Vaishali Deoghare.

As a child, Vaishali’s mother always wanted Vaishali to become independent and seeded the idea of entrepreneurship within her.

After graduating from LAD: Cosmetic Technology, Vaishali got a break at Keva, and got the exposure to the huge industry of fragrances, which also became a turning point of her career.

Today, after several years of experience, Vaishali decided to pursue her dream with the support of her husband, Joel and started Jes and Vero, named after her kids Jeston and Veronica.

Jes and Vero is established in India and the products are also available on the e- commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho.

Last, Vaishali would like to thank everyone who has supported her in this journey.
