DELIVERY TIMELINE
Delivery Timelines vary for different products and delivery locations. Most orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days and a more specific estimate is displayed next to the details of every product on the website during product check-out. Customers are advised to check delivery estimates before checking-out the product from cart. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Shipping costs are displayed next to the shopping cart and again, right before the payment. Shipping charges could vary with the selection of product and shipping location. We use reputed LMD company to ship orders to our customers. Available Shipping Methods and the corresponding charges are displayed at the time of placing the order.
UNDELIVERED OR LOST PACKAGES
In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address, or even doorstep refusal, the product will automatically be returned to our source warehouse. Any re-attempts or refunds will only be actioned after we receive the product and contact the customer to investigate the issue. In case your package is lost in transit, the shipping carrier will inform us and we will re-dispatch a fresh shipment.

TRACKING OF PACKAGES
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information on the email ID provided at the time of placing the order. You can track the order with that order information.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Order can be cancelled only before shipping, once it has been shipped, unfortunately, it can’t be cancelled. You can cancel an order by contacting us through email to info@jesvero.com providing your order number
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
REFUND
If you receive a damaged item, capture the photos of the product and WhatsApp them to our customer service representative to this number +91 9767 123 886 or email on info@jesvero.com within 24 hours. You will get the full refund or a new product.
